Introduction

The genesis

Manas Law Chambers

originates from the internal drive to establish a culture of ethical legal practice, cultivated by our founder Chunky Agarwal. Chunky is a graduate from the prestigious O.P. Jindal Global University and has thereafter worked with several top-tier clients in resolving high-stake legal disputes, whilst devoting his time to social causes and participating in research related to Public Interest Litigation on pressing social issues. He has developed a cordial relationship with his associates and clients through this journey and has now embarked on a new venture of cultivating a Law Firm which stands by his personal tenets.
The word ‘Manas’ has significant meaning in the Sanskrit language- it originates from the idea that God has only given humankind the power to think. Hence this intellectual power- makes us humans- different from all other creatures on earth, and ought to be used in a value-system suitable to the upliftment and propagation of the entire society and environment at large. Thus, the foundation of the firm is the synthesis of ethical legal practice alongside application of legal knowledge to participate in the creation of better social and political systems.

Our team comprises of law graduates who have a deep understanding of academic research and critical thinking, that enables us to produce comprehensive analysis of any social, political or legal issue that is tabled for deliberation.
